Our store does not accept returns of any kind (no refunds). We only allow one exchange, and only in cases of a manufacturing defect or a specific issue with the item, such as sizing—not for mishandling or misuse of the piece.

The estimated time to request or make use of an exchange is 7 business days after your purchase.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, and the item must be returned in perfect condition.

Exchanges will be processed once you have selected the new item, paid for the new shipping cost, and covered any price difference if applicable.

Please note: On the day of purchase, you must provide verifiable contact information so we can coordinate the shipment of your order through our platform. Keep in mind that all items are insured and must be shipped directly to the closest FedEx Pickup location to the address you provided, including only the buyer’s information.

Lost order? Once your order leaves our facilities, it can be tracked. If there is any suspicion of loss, you must notify us so we can help you start the claim process with the relevant entities (in this case, the shipping company).

What guarantee do I have that what I’m buying is gold?
We work with suppliers who guarantee that the pieces are certified Italian gold in the karats you request. We can also provide a certificate of authenticity upon request. In addition, our payment system is backed by reputable financial institutions.

What protection do I have when making a purchase?
If you finance your purchase, you sign a contract directly with the financial institution, which will be sent to your email as proof. We will also send you your invoice and shipping tracking details for proper follow-up.
When you pay directly through the online store, you will likewise receive your invoice and shipment tracking information.

How can I test my gold pieces?
Since most items are imported, you should verify your gold pieces only with a specialized laser gun designed for this type of testing. Using other methods may not provide accurate results and could damage the item, affecting its quality and appearance.

If I finance, what should I do?
You must contact us directly if you need more information. However, you may also use the application link available in this online store by completing it with your personal details and other requirements. Please note that the information you provide goes directly to the financial entity; we do not handle that type of client information. Once you receive your approval, notify us immediately so we can process your purchase.
